We will charge paying institution the approved amount after your order.
At that time, we have to pay the payment institution the payment receiving fee (3.2% -4.3%).
If we cancel the payment, the payment receiving fee will not be returned.
Therefore, if you request cancellation of an order after ordering, we will refund the full amount of the payment minus the payment receiving fee if the ordered product has not been shipped.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you receive the items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
For returns due to customer convenience, a refund fee will be charged 5% of the total payment amount.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
When returning, the most important thing is to always attach the customs declaration we attached at the time of shipment to the return package.
Then, write "RETURN GOODS" and "No tax application" on the customs declaration.
This is necessary so that your returned item will not be subject to double VAT at Japanese Customs.
Please understand in advance that if your return procedure or documents are improper and you have double VAT added at Japanese Customs, we will deduct those costs from your refund amount.
