Cybershaft develops and sells original products specializing in audio clocks. This web shop is the official direct store of Cybershaft Inc. We have no distributors or resellers; our products can be purchased officially only through this web shop.

Pricing
All prices are based on Japanese domestic retail prices, less the 10% consumption tax.
Displayed special export prices reflect the above Japanese base price converted into your local currency using current FX exchange rates, and you can pay in your local currency.
Taxes, import duties, and customs/handling fees required in your country are not included and will be collected by the carrier when the goods arrive.
Because we sell at tax-exempt export prices, accurate export documentation is required. We therefore cannot declare a lower value on customs forms. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping & Fees (Important notice for FedEx/DHL)
Even for low-priced items such as BNC cables, your destination country may charge import taxes or handling fees. These amounts cannot be confirmed or predicted in advance. For example, in Italy a handling fee of €22 may be applied to small, low-value parcels.

Shipments to Japan
Because the prices on this site are tax-exempt export prices, we do not ship to addresses in Japan. Orders also cannot be delivered or picked up within Japan.
