[ Product Overview ]
This is a master clock for price-conscious high-end audio, bringing together Cybershaft's technology and experience. Equipped with an ultra-high precision OCXO, its single output allows for high performance at a low price.
In addition to a dedicated external DC power supply, it also features an internal regulator circuit with four next-generation LT3045 linear regulators installed in parallel, providing ultra-low noise and ultra-high PSRR.
We offer grades OP19 to OP11, carefully selected for OCXO phase noise and Allan variance characteristics.

[ Features ]
・This product uses a brand new OCXO, carefully selected for its exceptional stability through long-term calibration.
・The OCXO unit is housed in a sturdy box constructed with a magnetically shielding plate and heat-shielding board, ensuring an environment in which the OCXO's performance can be maximized.
・This Cybershaft clock is designed to be the most compact and high-performance clock in the industry.
・It features three-point support feet made of die-cast aluminum for stability on any surface. Optional spike insulators can be installed using 4mm screws.
・The output impedance can be set to 50Ω or 75Ω. (Utility model registered)
・The output GND potential can be set to either connect to the unit's GND or isolated. (Utility model registered) This allows for precise adjustment to the complex GND processing that varies from audio system to audio system.
・The DC supplied from an external DC power supply is regulated by four ultra-low-noise, ultra-high PSRR LT3045 diodes inside the unit. This ensures truly clean DC is supplied to the OCXO.
・The internal circuit board uses a 70μm thick copper foil board, twice the usual thickness. The internal layout has been repeatedly verified to ensure the best possible condition.

[ Ultra-low noise, ultra-high PSRR linear power regulator ]
Equipped with a main power circuit that has four new generation linear regulators, LT3045, in parallel instead of the previous two.
DC Input → 4 LT3045s in Parallel (RMS Noise 0.4µV) → 12V DC → Main Circuit/OCXO
Connecting multiple LT3045s in parallel reduces the device's internal semiconductor noise.

Furthermore, by using the LTPW06 for the external DC power supply, a two-stage configuration (6 parallel + 4 parallel LT3045s) is achieved, resulting in a ripple rejection ratio (PSRR) of over 100dB, making the ripple unmeasurable.
[ Output impedance 50Ω / 75Ω switching function ]
The impedance of the external 10MHz clock input of the audio equipment is divided into 50Ω or 75Ω products. In measuring equipment, 50Ω is common, but in audio equipment, the input impedance of the word clock is 75Ω, so the input of external 10MHz is also 75Ω in many cases. Impedance matching is effective in preventing the generation of reflected waves, so it is best to match the impedance of the external clock input of your audio equipment.
For our clock products, the clock output impedance can be set to 75Ω / 50Ω according to the device you are using with a switch. (Registered utility model)
Even if your audio equipment changes in the future, impedance matching of the external 10MHz clock can be reliably supported.
[ Output GND insulation / enclosure GND selection function ]
The output GND potential can be switched between "insulated from the chassis GND" and "housing GND". If the output GND of this unit is grounded in common, the GND potential difference between this unit and the connected device will flow through the GND of the connection cable, causing noise called a GND loop. Therefore, it is usually better to insulate the GND of each output for better noise resistance. Depending on the system you are using, the GND of each device may be firmly grounded. If there is no GND potential difference between these devices, it may be better to have the output GND grounded to the chassis GND to obtain better results against noise.
Since the environment of the audio system is various, you can choose the most suitable method according to your own environment.
[ Palladium OP grade OCXO characteristic selection value ]
The OCXO installed in this product uses a stable individual after several months of calibration of a new OCXO unit. In order to perform the optimum selection as a clock for audio, we perform a comprehensive evaluation of the phase noise characteristics and the short-term stability (Allan variance) that can be scrutinized more closely.
The product cannot be evaluated by measuring only the output characteristics of the built-in OCXO unit. Our calibration measurement is not directly measured from the output of the OCXO unit, but from the output terminal of this product in order to evaluate all the performance including the buffer circuit.

[ OP grade guarantee card ]
An "OP grade certificate" with hologram is always attached to each OP grade product.
A tamperproof sticker is attached in the center. A hologram is printed on the right edge. In addition, a hologram sheet with the serial number described in the option grade certificate will be attached to the OCXO unit inside the main unit. Please be sure to check when purchasing for second use.
