・This product is a 10MHz dedicated distributor compatible with all grades, including the OP23AS, and achieves excellent pass-through characteristics that virtually do not impair clock characteristics.

・An "8-distributor" design ideal for the increasing 10MHz clock supply needs, from single DAC systems to multi-stage cascaded network equipment.

・The internal power supply employs an ultra-low noise, high-stability regulator circuit using six LT3045s in parallel, a feature of the + (Plus) series.

・The 75-ohm output achieves high-purity output through the L network circuit adopted in the + (Plus) series.

・This signal distributor can distribute all of our OP-grade high-precision 10MHz signals to eight channels with virtually no loss of characteristics.
・Equipped with 8 channels of output, each channel can be set to either 50 ohms or 75 ohms impedance. (Utility model registered)

DC supplied from an external DC power supply is regulated to a clean 12V by six LT3045s in parallel internally and supplied to the circuit.
・The bottom of the enclosure has a vibration-damping panel structure totaling 5 mm, consisting of 3 mm thick aluminum and 3 mm thick copper plate. Features a three-point aluminum die-cast support foot for stable mounting on any surface. The 4mm screws allow users to easily replace the support feet with spikes or other types themselves.

*This is a splitter specifically designed for our 10MHz sine wave clock. Please note that it cannot be used with frequencies other than 10MHz or square wave signals.

Output Impedance 50Ω/75Ω Switching Function
The impedance of the external 10MHz clock input of audio equipment is divided into 50Ω and 75Ω products. While 50Ω is common in measuring instruments, audio equipment often uses a 75Ω input impedance for word clocks, and therefore the external 10MHz input is also often 75Ω. Impedance matching is effective in preventing reflected waves, so it is best to match the impedance of your audio equipment's external clock input.

The clock output impedance can be set to 75Ω/50Ω using a switch to match your equipment. (Utility model registered)

Even if your audio equipment changes in the future, impedance matching for the external 10MHz clock can be reliably handled.

This DST8+(Plus) series uses an L-network circuit for 75-ohm impedance matching to output a higher purity signal than conventional models.
Output GND Isolation/Chassis GND Selection Function
The output GND potential can be switched between "isolated from chassis GND" and "chassis GND". If the output GND of this unit is commonly grounded, when multiple devices are connected, the GND potential difference between each device flows through the GND of the connecting cable, causing noise known as a GND loop. Therefore, it is generally better to isolate the GND of each output for better noise reduction. Depending on your system, each device may be properly grounded to earth. In such cases where there is no GND potential difference between devices, grounding the output GND to the chassis GND may yield better noise reduction.

Audio system environments vary, so you can choose the optimal method for your environment. The bottom plate of this unit is equipped with a chassis GND terminal.
